Show your electronic ticket on your phone to the driver or transport inspector for fare verification. Your ticket remains valid until you reach your final destination and is accessible in the "Valid Tickets" section. View past tickets in the "Travel details" section.

Payment failures may occur due to:

• Corporate phone numbers
• Unpaid trust payments
• No balance replenishment since number activation
• Unused starting balance
• SIM card replacement within the last 24 hours

Create a free virtual transport card within the app. Self-registration is available for standard and student cards. For other discounted cards, visit a company office with supporting documents.

Top up your virtual card using your card number directly in the app or through other banking apps like Kaspi Bank and Halyk Bank (homebank).

1. Camera: QR code scanning.
2. Location: Accurate map display, automatic bus detection for simplified payment (GPS-based bus code identification), route planning (including transfers) from your location to a destination entered via map or text address.
