In the fantastical realm of Sweetia, humans known as "Sweets"—blessed by divine favor—live alongside ordinary people. However, this harmony is shattered with the emergence of the terrifying monster "Mogumogu," bringing chaos to the world.

You assume the role of a pastry chef—a rare male "sweet"—who joins the Sugar Special Research Team (affectionately called Sugar Lab) to combat this threat. Ten years after the initial battle against Mogumogu, a mysterious voice awakens our hero from what seems like a dream: "Wake up right now. You're in a dream right now..."

Upon waking, he finds himself in a world where all living creatures have vanished, time seemingly frozen. In this eerie landscape, he encounters a girl and a puppy experiencing the same strange phenomenon, beginning a new journey to uncover the truth.
