For the majority of users, the standard iPad (distinct from the Air, Mini, or Pro models) strikes the perfect balance between performance and affordability. Launched on March 12, 2025, more than two years after its predecessor from October 2022, this new model brings significant upgrades including the A16 processor (versus the A14), 6GB of RAM (up from 4GB), and 128GB of storage (increased from 64GB).
