Treyarch has officially announced the launch date for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 2: Tuesday, January 28th. This marks the end of Season 1, a remarkably long 75-day run, making it one of the longest seasons in Call of Duty history.

While specifics on Season 2's content remain under wraps, anticipation is high. The exceptionally successful launch of Black Ops 6, boasting record player numbers in its first month, has recently seen a downturn. Issues such as cheating in Ranked Play and ongoing server problems are suspected contributors to this decline. The community hopes the new season's content and improvements will revitalize the game's player base.

Season 2 Launch Confirmed

The Season 2 launch date was revealed in a recent update addressing Zombies mode issues. While some fixes were postponed, Treyarch confirmed the January 28th release date for these alongside other Season 2 content. A detailed blog post unveiling the full scope of the new season is expected soon.

Season 1 delivered a substantial update, introducing new multiplayer maps, modes, weapons, and events.
