Journalist stashes in Stalker 2 are dispersed across various in-game regions, with some areas containing multiple stashes. One such stash, located within the car and truck maze in the Garbage region, holds a valuable suit of armor. This guide explains how to easily access this hard-to-reach location.

How to Locate the Garbage Journalist Cache in the Maze

To find this stash, travel northwest from the Slag Heap towards the car maze. While multiple entrances exist, use the main entrance indicated on the map above for optimal access.

Once inside the maze, proceed to the right until you encounter a burned-out bus on its side. Look to your left; you'll see another bus with a blue exterior. Climb onto this bus to locate the stash. Descend on the opposite side and open the stash to acquire the Tourist Suit Body Armor.

Is the Tourist Suit Body Armor Worthwhile?

The Tourist Suit is a highly effective early-to-mid-game armor piece in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl. It provides substantial protection against thermal, electrical, and chemical hazards. Its key advantages are exceptional radiation and physical damage resistance, crucial for mitigating various threats.
