Marvel Rivals Season 1 introduces exciting new challenges, including Recursive Destruction. This guide explains how to unlock this challenge's rewards, including a Thor skin.

What is Recursive Destruction in Marvel Rivals?

The "Blood Moon Over the Big Apple" challenge requires triggering Recursive Destruction. This happens when you destroy a Dracula-influenced object that then reappears in its original state. Not all objects work; you need to identify the correct ones.

To locate these objects, use Chrono Vision (keyboard "B" or console right D-pad). Only red-highlighted objects will trigger Recursive Destruction.

This challenge is completed in Quick Match (Midtown) mode. Initially, no red-highlighted objects exist. Wait for the first checkpoint; two destructible buildings then appear, ready to trigger Recursive Destruction.

Destroy these buildings multiple times. The reappearance might be missed in the heat of battle, but several hits should complete the challenge. If unsuccessful, simply replay the match. After completing this, focus on subsequent challenges featuring Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman.

That's how to trigger Recursive Destruction in Marvel Rivals!

Marvel Rivals is available now on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X|S.
