Since starting his challenge on December 16, 2024, chickensandwich420 has documented his progress on his channel. Initially, he considered challenging various bosses from FromSoftware's titles but, due to his commitments as a senior at university, decided to focus solely on Messmer. Messmer the Impaler, a key antagonist from Elden Ring's Shadow of the Erdtree DLC, is renowned for his extreme difficulty.
