FragPunk Console Release Postponed: Technical Glitches Cited

The eagerly anticipated hero shooter, FragPunk, developed by Bad Guitar, faces a setback in its console release due to unforeseen "technical issues." Originally slated for a simultaneous launch across all platforms on March 6, console gamers on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S will have to wait a bit longer. The studio announced this delay just two days before the intended launch, leaving the new release date for consoles yet to be determined. Bad Guitar has committed to keeping the community informed about any updates regarding the console versions.

In response to the delay, Bad Guitar has outlined compensation plans for those who pre-ordered the console versions of FragPunk. Players are eligible for a refund if they choose, and they will also receive in-game bonuses, including credits and rewards from the first season, once the console editions are finally available.

On a brighter note, the PC version of FragPunk remains on track for its scheduled launch on March 6. PC gamers can look forward to diving into the action without any delay, ensuring that the excitement for FragPunk continues unabated on at least one platform.
