During Steam Next Fest, fans of the Game of Thrones universe had the exciting opportunity to dive into the world of Game of Thrones: Kingsroad through a demo available on Steam. This demo ran from February 23 to March 4, 2025 at 12:00 A.M. PT / 3:00 A.M. ET. It's worth noting that this demo was exclusively available on Steam and not on mobile platforms. Netmarble emphasized that while the demo showcased a vast open world and various gameplay elements, it was designed for testing and could differ from the final product.
Earlier in the year, Netmarble conducted a Closed Beta Test (CBT) for Game of Thrones: Kingsroad in January 2025. This test period started at 12:00 A.M. PDT on January 16, 2025 and ended at 11:59 P.M. PDT on January 22, 2025. Players eager to get a sneak peek were able to register through the game's official website. This CBT was accessible to players in the United States, Canada, and Europe, and was available on both PC and mobile platforms.
For those wondering about Xbox Game Pass availability, Game of Thrones: Kingsroad will not be coming to any Xbox console, so it won't be available on Xbox Game Pass.
