How to Beat All Monsters in E.R.P.O.
New monsters are continually being added to E.R.P.O., so bookmarking this page is highly recommended for the latest updates. Below, you'll find detailed strategies for tackling specific monsters. While each monster has its own approach, you can also use various weapons to engage them:
Melee Combat: Weapons like the Machete or Hammer, available for purchase between 10k to 20k cash in the shop, can be wielded in your next level. Use M1 to pick them up and swing at monsters for damage. Be cautious with ranged attackers like the Huntsman. Adopt a hit-and-run tactic to minimize melee damage, and don't forget to carry healing packs for sustained combat.
Grenades and Mines: These can also be found in the shop. To deploy a Grenade, pick it up with M1, unscrew the pin with E, and then either throw it or leave it to detonate, causing massive damage to weaker monsters and significant harm to tougher ones. Mines require placement and will trigger when a monster steps on them.
Monster Brawl: You can manipulate the Huntsman to attack other monsters by positioning yourself behind another creature and making noise through walking or using Voice chat. The Huntsman will shoot, potentially damaging the monster you're hiding behind. Similarly, you can pull Reapers during their attack animations to cause them to harm each other or other monsters.
Now, let's dive into specific strategies for each monster.
Robe Guide (Ghost)

This shadowy giant requires you to keep your distance to avoid its damaging grasp. You can either crouch to hide from Robe, or kite it around the area. To eliminate it, lure it into two Grenades or Mines. Melee combat is not advised due to Robe's high damage output. Be aware that Robe teleports and accelerates towards you if you look at its mask.
Reaper Guide

The Reaper, a raggedy doll with spinning sword arms, can be kited or avoided similarly to Robe but without the teleportation. It's more susceptible to melee attacks, taking less damage than Robe. A single grenade combined with a few melee hits can take it down, and grenades or mines can stun it.
Apex Predator Guide (Duck)

These seemingly harmless ducks are non-hostile until provoked by grabbing or damaging them. Once enraged, they'll relentlessly pursue you, dealing minor damage with their bites. Your best strategy is to outrun them or use melee weapons for a quick kill. Using grenades is excessive given their low health.
Huntsman

The blind Huntsman with a one-shot gun relies on sound to locate you. Avoid detection by crouching with C and hiding under tables. Melee combat is risky due to its auto-aim capability. Instead, strategically place a mine or throw a grenade while crouched. The resulting explosion will temporarily deafen the Huntsman, allowing you to close in with melee weapons.
