Hearthstone Season 10: Trinkets Return to Battlegrounds!

Blizzard has officially unveiled *Hearthstone Battlegrounds Season 10*, titled **Second Nature**, set to launch on **April 29th, 2025**. This season promises a major overhaul with fresh mechanics, returning favorites, and exciting new content that’s sure to reshape the meta. Whether you're a seasoned veteran or just diving in, there's something here for everyone.

What’s New in Hearthstone Battlegrounds Season 10?

The transition from Season 9 to Season 10 happens seamlessly on April 29th. As usual, player ratings will reset, and the Battlegrounds Track will be fully refreshed. Any unclaimed rewards from Season 9 will be automatically added to your account, so make sure your inbox is clear!

The reveal schedule kicks off early, giving players a sneak peek at what’s coming:

• April 18th: Dragons, Demons, and Mechs
• April 21st: Undead and Pirates
• April 22nd: Naga and Quilboar
• April 23rd: Murlocs and Beasts

Gameplay Changes & Features

One of the biggest changes this season is the removal of Anomalies from the Tavern entirely. In their place, Blizzard is introducing more structured gameplay with slightly extended turn timers—giving players more time to strategize and execute their plans.

Trinkets are back, but not exactly as you remember them. These passive power-ups can now be purchased with Gold and appear twice per match: Lesser Trinkets at turn 6 and Greater Trinkets at turn 9. The system also improves your odds of receiving Trinkets that synergize with your current minion type, making deck-building even more strategic.

With over 100 all-new Trinkets and another 100+ returning ones, the variety ensures endless possibilities and fresh strategies each game.

New Heroes in Battlegrounds Season 10

This season introduces two brand-new heroes to the Battlegrounds roster:

• Forest Lord Cenarius – A classic Druid hero who excels at generating extra Gold and enabling powerful late-game plays.
• Buttons – A mysterious new addition with unique abilities yet to be fully explored.

Minion Pool Refresh

In addition to new heroes, Blizzard is overhauling the minion pool with more than 75 new and returning minions and Tavern spells. This shake-up brings back fan-favorites while introducing fresh units to keep the battlefield dynamic and unpredictable.
