Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade: Release Date Unveiled

The highly anticipated mobile game, Jujutsu Kaisen Phantom Parade, finally has a global release date! Get ready, because it's launching worldwide on November 7th, 2024! With over 5 million pre-registrations already, the game, developed by Toho Games and Sumzap Inc. and distributed by Bilibili Games on Android, is set to be a major hit. The game will be available in nine languages, including English, French, and Spanish.

A Phenomenon in the Making

For those unfamiliar, Jujutsu Kaisen is a wildly popular anime series based on Gege Akutami's manga, which has been a sensation in Weekly Shonen Jump since 2018. The anime's first season premiered in October 2020, followed by the Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie in December 2021 and the recently concluded second season. JJK Phantom Parade marks the franchise's first-ever mobile game adaptation.

Initially released in Japan in November 2023, the game boasts over 6 million downloads (as of August 2024) and even won the 'Best IP Game' award at the Sensor Tower APAC Awards 2023.

The global launch will let players experience a retelling of Season 1, alongside a brand-new story set in Fukuoka. The game features command battle RPG mechanics, allowing players to control Cursed Techniques and battle powerful Cursed Spirits, just like in the anime. Domain Investigations add another layer of gameplay, challenging players to conquer various floors with their leveled-up characters.
