Marvel Rivals Season 1: Free Skins, New Characters, and More!
Season 1 of NetEase Games' Marvel Rivals, "Eternal Night Falls," has launched with exciting surprises for players. The battle pass offers free skins for Peni Parker and Scarlet Witch, a generous addition that doesn't require the premium pass purchase.
The Fantastic Four are making their debut! Mister Fantastic and Invisible Woman are available at launch, with Human Torch and The Thing joining the roster in a mid-season update. Rumored roles suggest Human Torch as a Duelist and The Thing as a Vanguard.
Gamers can earn free cosmetic rewards, including Peni Parker's Blue Tarantula skin (page 3 of the battle pass) and Scarlet Witch's Emporium Matron skin (page 9). While Scarlet Witch also includes a free emote, her MVP animation is a premium pass reward. A separate Midnight Features event offers a free Thor skin through quest completion.
Beyond the freebies, the in-game shop features villainous new skins for Invisible Woman (Malice) and Mister Fantastic (The Maker). These stylish additions, along with the free content and new characters, have generated significant excitement among Marvel Rivals players. The season runs from January 10th to April 11th, 2025.
