Bart Bonte's latest brain teaser, simply titled "Purple," is now available on Google Play and the App Store. This microgame collection, part of a color-themed series (Yellow, Red, Black, Blue, Green, Pink, and Orange preceding it), offers over 50 uniquely challenging levels.
The gameplay is reminiscent of Warioware, featuring a rapid succession of short, self-contained puzzles. Expect diverse challenges, from spatial reasoning to pattern recognition, all presented at a brisk pace.
The game's aesthetic is a standout feature. A consistent purple palette, combined with a custom soundtrack, creates a visually and aurally pleasing experience with an art nouveau feel. While the premise might seem simplistic, the combination of clever puzzles, a delightful soundtrack, and appealing visuals makes for an engaging and enjoyable experience. Will "Purple" follow in the footsteps of Bonte's previous award-winning titles? Only time will tell.
