Sizzlipede Debuts at Pokémon Go's Bug Out Event

The much-anticipated Bug Out event is making its return to Pokémon Go from March 26th to 30th, offering a delightful array of Bug-type Pokémon and the exciting debut of Sizzlipede and its evolution, Centiskorch. This event is brimming with wild encounters, thrilling raids, lucrative bonuses, and fresh challenges to keep you engaged and entertained.

Lure Modules are set to play a pivotal role during the Bug Out event. Not only will they attract Sizzlipede, but they'll also boost the number of Pokémon appearing at a PokéStop if you manage to catch enough Pokémon using a single Lure Module. It's a fantastic opportunity to maximize your catches!

Additionally, you can look forward to earning double XP and extra Candy for Nice Throws or better, with an increased chance of getting Candy XL for trainers at level 31 and above. Shiny hunters are in for a treat, as the odds of encountering Shiny Wurmple and Shiny Venipede are boosted during this event.

The wild will be teeming with Bug-types, including frequent appearances from Pokémon such as Caterpie, Weedle, Wurmple, Nincada, Venipede, Dwebble, Joltik, Grubbin, Dewpider, and Nymble. Keep your eyes peeled for the rare Cutiefly, which might just show up if you're lucky.

Sizzlipede will be available in one-star raids alongside Scyther and Nincada, while Beedrill, Scizor, and Kleavor will dominate the three-star raids. By completing event-themed Field Research tasks, you'll be rewarded with Mega Energy, Scatterbug Candy, and encounters with event Pokémon.
