Who Are the New Year Special Champions in Marvel Contest of Champions?
The spotlight shines on two new Champions hailing from the heart of Wakanda. On January 16th, you can recruit Okoye, the formidable General of the Dora Milaje. With her unparalleled skill and wisdom, she has been the stalwart protector of Wakandan royalty.
Following closely on January 30th, Gentle, also known as Nezhno Abidemi, enters the fray. This mutant with a heartrending backstory can harness the power of Vibranium tattoos to amplify his strength dramatically. With Okoye and Gentle joining the ranks, your roster will be more formidable than ever, complementing over 280 existing Champions.
Gentle's quest involves a stealth mission to unravel the mystery behind the sudden disintegration of Vibranium. On the other hand, Okoye is engaged in a battle against the Deathless, striving to thwart dark doppelgangers who have pilfered Wakandan artefacts for a nefarious ritual.
During the Death Drive Event, you can collect Kimoyo Beads to track down these stolen artefacts and unlock paths in the Vault of Strength, Vault of Violence, Vault of Conviction, and Vault of Rage. Each vault is brimming with rewards waiting to be claimed.
Kabam is also giving the Summoner’s Sigil a fresh look, with a relaunch scheduled for January 27th. The monthly subscription now boasts new offerings, so make sure to explore these updates by downloading MCOC from the Google Play Store.
