Players assume the role of Thomas Evans, whose girlfriend, Elisabeth Williams, invites him to investigate her family's unsettling behavior. However, the situation takes a sinister turn when the hotel's control by a disturbing group known as 'The Quiet Ones' is revealed.

The game's enemies are blind but possess acutely sensitive hearing, making even the slightest noise a perilous gamble. Unlike typical shooters, combat isn't an option; stealth and silence are paramount. The gameplay echoes the tension of the film A Quiet Place.
