The 20th anniversary event, which spanned 11 weeks, allowed players to accumulate numerous Bronze Celebration Tokens. These tokens were essential for purchasing revamped Tier 2 sets and various anniversary collectibles. Any additional tokens could be exchanged for Timewarped Badges, which are used during Timewalking events.

With the event now concluded, World of Warcraft is facilitating the conversion of any remaining Bronze Celebration Tokens. As announced by WoW community manager Linxy, the conversion will occur at a 1:20 ratio—the same rate used during the event. This change will happen automatically upon the first login after Patch 11.1 rolls out.

Once the 20th anniversary event ended on January 7, Bronze Celebration Tokens lost their utility. Blizzard has confirmed that these tokens will not be used in future events or anniversaries, rendering them obsolete. The automatic conversion in Patch 11.1 ensures that players won't be left with useless entries in their Currency tabs.

While Patch 11.1's release date remains unannounced, it is expected to follow the conclusion of the second Plunderstorm event (January 14 to February 17) and the Turbulent Timeways event (ongoing until February 24). This points to February 25 as a likely release date, aligning with Blizzard's recent update schedule and accounting for holiday delays.

The timing of the conversion means it will occur post the second Turbulent Timeways event, which runs through all Timewalking campaigns, offering ample opportunities to use Timewarped Badges. Fortunately, items purchased with Timewarped Badges will remain available, allowing players to save their badges for future Timewalking events.
