World of Warcraft Patch 11.1 introduces customizable character selection screens with collectible campsites. Four new campsites are available at launch, with more planned for future updates.

The Ohn’ahran Overlook is automatically unlocked upon logging in after Patch 11.1. The other campsites require completing specific in-game achievements or progressing through seasonal content. All campsites are managed and previewed within the Collections tab. The character select screen now features a dedicated campsite tab for easy selection and a random selection option. This expansion of the Warbands system suggests Blizzard's commitment to ongoing personalization options in the future. Future campsites may be acquired through various methods, including new and old content, events, the Trading Post, or even the cash shop.
