The CTMBuddy mobile application provides a comprehensive suite of tools for CTM customers. Key features include real-time monitoring of mobile data, service usage, and CTM Wi-Fi consumption. Users can conveniently manage their accounts, paying bills directly through the app. Furthermore, CTMBuddy offers seamless access to the CTM Bonus Points Scheme, allowing users to track points, view expiration dates, browse available rewards, and redeem gifts. The app also facilitates online applications for services such as mobile plans, internet access, and international roaming.

A notable feature is "TicketEasy," enabling customers to monitor the status of their tickets at CTM retail locations. Additional functionalities include automated CTM Wi-Fi configuration, inquiries regarding phone and equipment maintenance, detailed information on international direct dialing (IDD), local calling plans, data roaming options, and a locator for nearby CTM stores.

Enhanced features are unlocked for users who activate their accounts via CTMBuddy. These include usage tracking and QR code bill payment for postpaid users, remaining balance and expiration date information for prepaid users, streamlined online application processes, access to CTM membership details and rewards programs, and the ability to resend or reset CTM Wi-Fi passwords.
